To move through many locations efficiently, a number of acting blocks ranging in size from one foot square to three by six feet were used throughout the play. The blocks were given different images and colors to represent elements of the play that could be arranged into various layouts, dismantled and reconfigured quickly during the play by the actors themselves. As a result, the set could morph rapidly with the action of the play.
